Position: Snap Survey Representative (Part Time)


Reports to: Manager, Fan Services
Hourly Rate: $13.23
Start Date: August 2009

Position Overview:
As a valuable member of the Fan Services team, you will be responsible for the delivery of championship customer service and entertainment to fans during Leaf, Raptor, TFC and Marlies games.

Specific Duties:

  • Survey fans at Leaf, Raptor and Rock home games
  • Welcome fans with enthusiasm; invite participation
  • Act as an ambassador to ACC and our community; provide information to fans regarding MLSE events/history/trivia, other tourist attractions, transportation system etc.
  • Opening/closing duties; maintenance of Fan Zone stations
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area; ensure safety of fans
  • Work closely with Security Services/Fan Services to assist fans with special needs/requests
  • Survey fans during events
  • Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
  • Other administrative or service functions as required

Requirements:

  • Must be available 2.5 hours prior to every Leaf, Raptor, TFC and Marlies home game
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
  • Friendly, team player, outgoing and self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingualism an asset
  • Smart Serve certification an asset
  • Familiarity with the City of Toronto and tourist attractions an asset
  • A winning attitude
